There’s a lot of noise around affordability, but when you break down the numbers, Mississauga continues to offer real opportunity across multiple housing types.

As of today, average prices sit around:
• Detached homes: ~$1,205,859
• Semi-detached homes: ~$840,356
• Townhouses: ~$804,860
• Condos: ~$551,166

What this tells me isn’t just about price — it’s about choice.

Whether you’re:
• relocating to the GTA,
• upsizing as your needs change,
• downsizing into something more manageable, or
• entering the market through a condo or townhome,

there are still viable pathways to homeownership in Mississauga that simply don’t exist in many neighbouring markets.

Affordability isn’t about finding the cheapest option — it’s about finding the right fit, in the right location, with a plan that works long term.
